These Terms of Service govern your use of the Black-Lotus Operations website and the purchase of Mosaic Mural products and related custom design services.

Products and services

We provide custom mosaic mural design, fabrication, sample kits, and collector-scale wall pieces. Orders are produced to customer specifications and shipped to the address provided at checkout or on the invoice.

No on-site installation

We do not provide on-site installation. Orders ship with placement guidance and care notes when applicable, but installation remains the responsibility of the customer or their chosen installer.

Quotes and approvals

Custom work begins only after a written quote, invoice, or project scope is approved. Dimensions, colors, and final material selections must be confirmed before fabrication starts.

Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. Deposits, milestone payments, and final balances will be shown at checkout or on the invoice for the order.

Lead times

Lead times vary by size, material, and shipping method. Typical production timelines range from 4 to 10 weeks after approval, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Shipping

Orders are packed and shipped according to size and fragility. Smaller pieces may ship by parcel; larger murals may ship in labeled sections by freight.

Customer responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate dimensions, shipping information, and design approval.
• You are responsible for receiving, unpacking, and arranging any installation or mounting after delivery.
